Entering Week 4 of Alpha Testing
with the Second Wave of Alpha Testers!!
We are thrilled to welcome the second wave of Alpha Testers to Santae! 🌟
To all of our current Alpha Testers: Thank you so much for your hard work these past three weeks in testing out the site, finding and reporting bugs and glitches, and giving us your feedback! We've made great strides in the past few weeks and that is, without a doubt, because of all your hard work! We hope you will join us in welcoming the second wave of Alpha Testers and help them around the site and on Discord! Please read the sections noted in magenta color for new, relevant information.
To all of our new Alpha Testers: Welcome aboard! Your valuable feedback and insights will play a pivotal role in refining and perfecting Santae. Together, we embark on an exciting adventure, shaping the future of RPG, Petsites and Gaming.
***Please note*** we are currently pushing new code updates every day, usually around 17:00-18:00 SST. When this happens, all users are briefly logged out and will need to log back in to continue playing! This is not a bug or glitch, so there is no need to report!

Divine Natural Blepp Figurine
which will turn your pet into a Blepp, a pet that for now, can only be obtained during our Alpha Launch!

Thanks to our amazing Programmer Ember, site profile Trophies have been enabled! The next time that you claim your Alpha Rewards for the day, you will obtain this nifty new trophy that will follow you through Beta and Official Launch!
Alpha Tester Prize Policy
At the end of Alpha Testing, we will be wiping all player accounts, but keeping log of select items. pets, rewards that will be re-issued during Beta. Anything with the name "Alpha" in it - item, trophy, avatar, etc will be re-issued, along with any items won during Official Contests held onsite or on our Discord Server.
If Player A sells their prizes to player B, then Player A will not have their prizes re-issued for Beta -- Player B will receive them because they own the items at the end of Alpha Testing.
On a similar note, Divine Common Blepp Figurines and Divine Common Wispyr Figurines (from our referral contests) will be re-issued to those that own the item or a Blepp pet at the end of Alpha Testing. Once the Divine figurine is used, it will become a Common figurine, which is a regular item that is not limited to Alpha Testing that will not be re-issued.
Getting Acquainted With Santae
We carefully hand selected you to be an Alpha Tester to provide invaluable, unbiased feedback which will aid in the games future development! On that note, we ask all testers to remember that this is just the beginning of our game, and not the final product we intend to put out to the public. Please bear in mind that the game will have bugs/glitches and errors - we are counting on you to report these, and encourage you to do your best to break our game so that we can make the appropriate future proofing!
With that said, we encourage you to get yourselves acquainted with our
Terms and Conditions which apply to all users and staff. While we encourage users to seek out glitches/bugs and errors, those found to be blatantly exploiting them for personal gain and not reporting them will be punished appropriately, and may forfeit their account, along with not being invited back for future testing/releases.
Bugs/Glitches & Errors
As stated, we expect things to break! Here's some helpful info on how/where to report these things!
• Bugs are things like a user being able to play a game an infinite amount of times without a cooldown timer, or you are doing a quest and try to turn in the item but it won't let you for some reason -- functionality issues!
• Glitches are when a user can create more than the current pet limit (which is 8, but may increase with the use of a certain item...) or read another player's pet a book -- more functionality issues!
• Errors are messages you may see like "Error, contact staff!" "500 Server error" "404 this page doesn't exist" along with broken images, spelling mistakes, and aesthetic stuff like images stretching off the page.
How to Report + Find Out What Has Already Been Reported
Our
Forums are the best place to make + view already reported matters - Please refer to our
Bugs, Glitches & Errors Subforums when making a report - be sure to do your best to put them into the appropriate locations, as it will help our
Management and
Programmers immensely!
We ask that if the site needs to be shut down at any point for immediate/emergency maintenance that testers stay calm and patient while we work through the issues, and do our best to get the site back up as soon as possible for everyone! Please note that Major Issues will be reported to all users via our
Notification System + communicated effectively on our
Discord Server.
