We’re excited to share that the forums overhaul is officially complete, along with several important system improvements across the site.

Over the past day, we performed much-needed backend maintenance to address the lag and timeout issues some players were experiencing. These performance problems have now been fully resolved, and load times are back to normal. The site should once again feel smooth and responsive across all areas.

The forums have received a major usability upgrade, making them far more functional and intuitive to use. We’ve added new interaction features such as the ability to like posts, quote other users, inline replies, and participate in conversations with improved flow and responsiveness.

We’ve also implemented an important update to how moderation actions are displayed. When a post is reported and found to be in violation of our Terms of Service, the post will now remain visible in a clearly marked removed state. While the offending content itself is hidden, the surrounding context remains intact. 

We also want to directly address an issue regarding pets that were previously moved to our giveaways account. Some of these pets later appeared in the Refuge for adoption. Because these pets originated from former player accounts, we recognize that this could reasonably be perceived in a negative way.

We take full accountability for this. All pets affected by this situation have been permanently deleted, and we have updated our internal protocols to ensure that pets from deleted accounts will not be redistributed going forward.
