Want to be a part of the crew that helps make the amazing adventure that is Santae possible? Our staff team is ready to expand! We are looking for dedicated, talented Adventurers to fill out our Content Planning Assistant, Community Manager, and Moderator roles and become part of the Crew!

The Content Planning Assistant at Santae plays a critical role in supporting Santae Management by coordinating content schedules, organizing project timelines, and ensuring smooth execution of in-game updates, events, and community engagement efforts. This position functions similarly to an Administrative Assistant for Santae’s development team, ensuring that content remains well-organized and efficiently implemented.

As a Content Planning Assistant, you will collaborate with Santae Management, the Narrative Team, Artists, Developers, and Community Engagement Staff to keep projects on track. From scheduling in-game events to managing documentation and task delegation, your work will directly contribute to the game’s organization and long-term success.

The Community Manager plays a vital role in fostering an engaging, welcoming, and inclusive environment for our players. As the bridge between players and staff, the Community Manager ensures that the voice of the community is heard while maintaining a fun, respectful, and thriving space for all members. In this role, you will oversee community engagement across Discord, forums, and social media, ensuring that players feel connected, informed, and valued.

New Fish Make A Splash

Ahoy, fisherfolk! Something is stirring in the depths of the Abyssal Lake...are you a bold enough angler to explore the deep?

Captain Finn's shelves at Cast & Catch are stocked with all you will need to confront this watery mystery. Grab your bait and rod and get ready to reel in a whopper -- if you're lucky!

The waters of the Abyssal Lake are deep, dark, and suffused with magic, creating the perfect habitat for hidden hunters. The glowing scales and fins of its translucent fish allow them to blend seamlessly into the swirling colors of the Abyss.

Yet even more enigmatic is the Ancient Grove in the Harmonic Heartwoods, where something even stranger still lurks beneath the surface. Legends speak of the elusive Elderfin Basiliskfish, whose shimmering emerald scales echo with the ancient magic of the forest itself. Adventurers who catch a glimpse of this legendary hunter often speak of fortunes untold—but most return with only stories of shadows in the deep.

If shallower waters are more to your taste, why not plan a fishing trip to the shady Ancient Grove? The river that snakes through the towering trees is home to its own fair share of marvelous fish. The Sylvan Glimmerfish blends into its environment with shimmering rootlike tendrils. The Spiritveil Koi, a rare catch indeed, has absorbed some of the magic and wisdom of the Elderwood itself, resulting in the arcane etchings on its scales.

On the boardwalk at Lani Archipelago, something exciting is taking shape. Vendors from across Santae are gathering to set up kiosks and booths full of exciting wares. 

Soon, this place will become a thriving market! During their visit, Adventurers will be able to easily trade with others. The trading hub is almost ready -- so look forward to more news about its grand opening soon!

Coming Soon: On-Site Support Tickets

The Santae Team strives to communicate clearly with our community, and as part of that we want to make sure it is simple and secure to contact us about any support you may need in your adventures across Santae. The system we are currently using on Discord for support tickets will soon be closing their services -- so we have expedited the creation of a support ticket system on site!

Using this platform, you will be able to submit support tickets, view your active ticket(s), and chat with the staff assisting you -- all without leaving Santae. 

We will make a full announcement about the changes when the new ticket system is implemented!

Silvershade's Familiar Find

Silvershade stood looking out over the Minimal Ranch, breathing in the fresh air and admiring their handiwork. The morning's chores were all done, and the fields and skies were full of Minimals happily roaming, playing, and sunbathing in the fresh Spring air. 

Everything was perfect! The lush green grass with patches of colorful flowers. The clear blue sky with a dark smudge of smoke drifting across it...

"Wait a minute!" Silvershade cried. Smoke?! That probably wasn't good. 

The rancher hurried across the ranch toward the tree where the smoke seemed to be coming from. If a fire was starting, they needed to put it out fast. 

Arriving, Silvershade looked frantically through the branches, looking for the source of the smoke. They quickly spotted a fiery flash -- was the tree on fire?

As Silvershade watched, the flicker of flame lifted off from the tree and spiraled up into the sky. Silhouetted against the clouds were the blazing wings and fiery tail of a Phoehen, flying away!

"Oh!" Silvershade laughed in relief. "Phew," they sighed. "This is so much better than I feared. No problems at all -- and the Phoehens are back!" The rare birdlike Minimals were an uncommon sight, and Silvershade would relish the chance to help Adventurers track them down.

As Silvershade walked back toward the main part of the ranch, movement in the clouds got their attention. The sunlight was flashing and sparkling off of something flying high in the sky. It looked like a brilliant diamond flying overhead!

Silvershade shaded their eyes with a hand to take a closer look. Sure enough, it was a sparkling Iricampus high in the atmosphere, almost too far to be seen. If it wasn't for the brilliant reflectiveness of its wings, Silvershade might have missed it completely!

"What a rare treat!" Silvershade exclaimed. "I had better prepare for a tracking expedition. The Phoehen and Iricampus are back for now -- but I can't imagine they will stay for long!"

Mystic Adventure Monday

Development of Santae's Mystic Adventure, an exciting upcoming game mode, is underway! Each Monday, we'll share development progress and sneak peeks at how the Mystic Adventure is progressing.

Right now, the team is hard at work completing the artwork for the Mystic Adventure's environments. The adventure takes inspiration from classic board games, and will take place on a grid. The tiles that will form the world of Santae's Mystic Adventure are beginning to take shape!

Enchanting Pipsqueaks Available At Maseric's

Maseric, the elven carver, is always seeking to perfect his craft. His Divine Figurines are the perfect blend of artistry and magic, each one containing spellwork that has the power to transform a Pet that uses it!

The four newest additions to the stock at Maseric's Figurines are imbued with the essence of adorable Pipsqueaks. The Divine Pipsqueak Velarie, Yelbin, Wolperjack, and Romper Figurines are available now!

Silvershade's Discovery

Silvershade was walking around the perimeter of the Minimal Ranch, checking on the outskirts of the property, when Quin the Quibblet hopped right off of their shoulder and plopped onto the ground.

"Where are you off to, pal?" Silvershade laughed down at the little Minimal. Quin let out a little croak in reply and wiggled toward a nearby patch of shrubs and flowering bushes. 

"Oh, that is lovely," Silvershade remarked. The buds of blossoms nestled into the leaves were just beginning to open, showing flashes of bright color amidst the bright green leaves. 

Quin was extra interested in something about the shrub. Wiggling mightily, the Quibblet used its little fins to clamber up into the greenery and perch next to a lavender blossom almost the same size as it. 

When Quin bumped its nose against the petals of the strange flower, the source of the Quibblet's interest in the bloom was revealed. The petals unfolded into a pair of flowery-looking wings. It wasn't a flower at all, but a birdlike Minimal!

The Floreet and Quin exchanged chirps and croaks of greeting. Silvershade reached down to gently scoop their Quibblet companion out of the bush. 

"Sharp eyes, buddy!" Silvershade grinned. "What a beautiful Minimal that Floreet is -- but I might have missed it if you weren't looking out."

On Silvershade's next trip south into the wilds of Valaria, something unusual caught their eye. The plants in this part of Santae were different from the greenery surrounding the Ranch in Aleriea, but a tree near their campsite had strangely familiar looking flowers in its branches!

Could it be another Minimal? Silvershade took a closer look. The shape was similar, but the color was wrong -- these were pink and yellow!

Just a few more minutes of careful observation were enough to reveal the truth. Eventually, one of the "flowers" unfurled its wings and fluttered up into the sky. It was a Floreet after all, but of a different variety than the one Silvershade had seen before!

"Fascinating! They must be like the Giggleroos," Silvershade exclaimed. "Uniquely adapted varieties in different parts of Santae!"

Luffin, Soniquel, And Lerk Join The Heartstruck Collection

Plushie collectors rejoice: Three more adorable new stuffed pals have been added to the Plushie Machine! The Heartstruck Luffin, Soniquel, and Lerk plushies have been added as prizes. Will you be lucky enough to collect them all?

You'll need plenty of Plushie Machine Tokens to try your luck. Earn them from the Terrible Toymaker by completing her quests in Shadow Veil Pass!

The Heartsong festivities are nearing their end, but Santae isn't ready to stop celebrating the season of love yet. To give all Adventurers even more time to collect seasonal plushies and other rewards, the Heartsong Festival has been extended for one more week!

William's Fresh New Look

For fresh, sweet produce, there's no better place in all of Santae to visit than William's Orchard Stand! As a part of our effort to update and refresh key pieces of artwork across Santae, the orchard's proprietor William has received an updated portrait and brand-new look!

Ready to let your creativity shine and show off your coloring skills? We will soon be hosting a second official Santae Coloring Contest!

In the Coloring Contest, participants are provided with the lineart for a Santae pet. Using this base, you can use any art program or tools you want to create the pet color of your dreams. Select the perfect colors, create beautiful patterns, and even make small edits to the lines if you want!

We're currently in the planning phase for this contest, and we have a question for you: What pet species would you like to color?

These items provide a new way to send items to other users. Show you care, and give your friends the suspense and thrill of unwrapping a surprise present, using giftboxes available now at Skybound Sentiments!

After purchasing a container, fill it with the items of your choice. Choose "fill giftbox" in your inventory to select your gifts from your list of available items!

Once it's packed, you can send the giftbox to a friend or fellow Adventurer. The wrapped gift will appear in their inventory, ready to be opened and reveal the presents you selected! 

Choosing "open giftbox" in your inventory allows you to choose the gift you want to open (if you have multiple), and receive the items inside.

As a part of our ongoing effort to improve Adventurers' experience in Santae, we have updated the functionality within the Inventory. The "Actions" on the use dialog in the inventory should now be in a consistent order for all items!

Additionally, mobile users should also find that the "Use" dialog is now easier than ever to use!

Santae's Mystic Adventure is an exhilarating new game mode inspired by the fun and competition of classic board games and party-style challenges. In this exciting feature, players will navigate magical game boards, racing to collect items and complete quests while engaging in mini-games that test their skills, strategy, and luck. Compete with friends or team up to overcome tricky challenges, with each turn bringing new surprises, power-ups, and obstacles.

We want to share every step of the journey with our community -- so we are kicking off Mystic Mondays!

Every Monday, we will be writing out a blog post detailing the progress made in the development of Santae's Mystic Adventure. Be sure to join us as we build this world together!
