Developer team oversee the strategic direction and overall management of Santae, guiding its growth and shaping its future. They set high-level goals, make key decisions, and drive the development of new features and content. Please note: for technical issues or bug reports, avoid contacting them directly. Instead, report such issues to the relevant Santae Team member.
The
Site Admin team handles a variety of critical tasks on-site, including but not limited to; managing support tickets, resolving compromised accounts, ensuring the Terms of Service continue to be adhered to, while also addressing accounts that have violated our Terms of Service or community guidelines. They are not responsible for Discord matters. In case of an urgent on-site matter, contact a
Site Admin via SanMail.

Moderator team plays a crucial role in maintaining the safety and integrity of our forums and
Discord server by monitoring discussions and enforcing guidelines. They promptly address inappropriate behavior, respond to member inquiries, and foster a welcoming environment, contributing significantly to our community's well-being.
