 Assistant are responsible for warmly welcoming new (and returning) players to the site, answering members' questions, and actively contributing ideas to shape future content and features. If you have a question about the site that cannot be answered in the Help Forums, reach out via SanMail to an Assistant, who will provide expert guidance. They have extensive knowledge of Santae and are able to guide members through the site.

 Moderator and Junior Moderator play a crucial role in maintaining the safety and integrity of our forums and Discord server by monitoring discussions and enforcing guidelines. They promptly address inappropriate behavior, respond to member inquiries, and foster a welcoming environment, contributing significantly to our community's well-being.

 Community Manager oversee user feedback and suggestions, ensuring they are effectively communicated to Management and the Owner. They work closely with both departments to plan and implement events and new features, contributing innovative ideas to enhance the community experience. Responsible for maintaining our Social Media Platforms, they engage with the community, promote our site, and host contests both onsite and on our Discord server.  Admin hold diverse responsibilities, including responding to support tickets, banning members who violate Site Rules or create multiple accounts, and replacing items stolen from accounts, among other tasks crucial for Santae’s smooth operation. Only contact Admin via SanMail for assistance in emergencies. Please use Support Tickets instead.

 Management plays a dual role in running the site behind the scenes and acting as Admins. They are responsible for overseeing all site development and content releases, as well as stepping in for the Owner when needed. Additionally, they oversee the entire staff team and are in charge of everyone’s coordination and performance. In the event of an emergency that cannot be resolved by any other staff member, please contact Management directly; otherwise, kindly utilize Support Tickets.

 Owner oversees the strategic direction and overall management of Santae, ensuring its continued growth and success. They are responsible for making high-level decisions, setting goals, and helping to guide the development of new features and content. However, please refrain from contacting them directly with technical problems or bugs; instead, report these issues to the appropriate Staff roles. For ideas, suggestions, comments, or complaints, please utilize the Editorial, where your input is valued and can help shape the future of Santae.
