Please make sure to edit your server nickname match to your on-site username then post on our Get Verified for Access to Exclusive Discord Channels Forum. If you need help with getting your Discord nickname to match your onsite name, one of our amazing staff members will be more than happy to help you in any way. 

Every Day at Site Reset (00:00:00 SST), Alpha Testers can go HERE to receive a sP (our main currency) bonus along with some items that may come in handy during your time Alpha Testing!

Upon your first visit, you will be awarded with your Alpha Tester Care Package, which includes some exclusive Alpha Tester items!

We carefully hand selected you to be an Alpha Tester to provide invaluable, unbiased feedback which will aid in the games future development. On that note, we ask all testers to remember that this is just the beginning of our journey to Official Launch, and we are thrilled to have you as valued Alpha Testers! Please bear in mind that the game may have bugs and/or glitches, and we are counting on you to report these. We strongly encourage you to do your best to seek any bugs, glitches or errors out and report them to staff promptly, as this will be very valuable in preparing us for our Beta Phase and Beyond! 

We invite you to familiarize yourself with our Terms and Conditions, which apply to all members and staff. We greatly appreciate your efforts in identifying and reporting any glitches, bugs, or errors you encounter. Your feedback is invaluable to us as it helps improve the overall experience for everyone. Thank you for your contributions and understanding during this phase of development.

As expected, there may be some bumps along the way, but that's part of the development process and where you all are our biggest asset. Here's some helpful information on how and where to report any issues you encounter:

• Bugs/Glitches: These are functionality issues like being able to play a game an unlimited amount of times without a cooldown timer, or if you're doing a quest and cannot turn an item in for any reason. Being able to create more pets than the current limit (which is 8, though it may increase with a certain item...) or being able to read a book to another player's pet.

Our Forums are the best place to make + view already reported matters - Please refer to our Bugs, Glitches & Errors Subforums when making a report - be sure to do your best to put them into the appropriate locations, our wonderful staff can help guide you to the correct location as well. 

We ask that if the site needs to be shut down at any point for immediate/emergency maintenance that all alpha testers please try to stay calm and patient while we work through the issues, and do our best to get the site back up as soon as possible. Please note that Major Issues will be reported to all users via our Notification System + communicated effectively on our Discord Server.
