  • Research narrative approaches and player interests, coordinate visual and interactive elements, and track drafts and revisions.

  • Demonstrated experience in creative writing, journalism, storytelling, or content development.
  • Familiarity with content management systems, SEO principles, and editing software.

What you’ll do

  • Handle support tickets, account concerns, disciplinary actions, and rule violations.
  • Maintain internal communication platforms, permissions, access rights, and configurations.
  • Document administrative actions and system changes, and report operational issues.
  • Troubleshoot problems, support staff, onboard and train moderators, and help implement consistent policies and improvements.
