Silvershade And Skylar Make A Discovery

Skylar and Silvershade crouched in the undergrowth of a small patch of tropical forest near the Minimal Ranch, waiting. They had been leaving offerings of Berries and delicious Berry Gourmet treats all around the wilderness for days now, watching closely for any indication that the rare Minimal was eating them.

They had watched for the Signs. They had discovered more Tracks. Now, they were both pretty sure: This was the best place to wait and see if the Minimal would appear!

"What's that?" Skylar whispered, pointing across the Clearing. A couple of leaves were Shaking just across the way.

Silvershade grinned in excitement. "I think that's it! Shh," they hushed Skylar and both eagerly settled in to wait.

The rustling went quiet. Skylar and Silvershade held their breath. Then, something Hopped into view!

"That is it!" Silvershade said. "The Pearlux!"

The Minimal looked like a small rabbit with bright Amber eyes. It had a profusion of gleaming Bubbles clinging to its soft purple fur. The duo watched as it delicately hopped closer to the pile of Berries they had laid out and selected one to eat. The Pearlux held its treat in its two front paws as it nibbled.

Then the bushes began rustling again. To Skylar and Silvershade's surprise, another Pearlux hopped out to choose a berry of its own -- then a Third!

"Wow!" Skylar exclaimed. "There must be More of them than we thought."

Mysteries Of The Pearlux

The next day, back at the Minimal Ranch, Skylar and Silvershade discussed what they had seen.

"At first we couldn't find hide nor hair of the Pearlux," Silvershade said. "But now they're all over the place!"

"Our Berry trick might have worked a little too well," Skylar agreed, rubbing the back of their neck in embarrassment.

"There sure are a lot of them around," Silvershade agreed. "They're pretty much the only Minimal I can find in the area right now. But it's not all bad -- I still think these Pearlux can help with Rose's problem somehow."

"I'm nearly sure of it," said Skylar, "but I'll need to do more research to be certain. Did you see the Bubbles in their fur? I think it's very likely that the Pearlux have some kind of Magical Property related to water. If I could examine enough of them, I'm sure we could figure it out."

Silvershade nodded. "I'll help the Adventurers find and tame the Pearlux. Feel free to stay at the Ranch as long as you like, to research and watch!"

"I will. Thank you, Silvershade," Skylar said. "I have a good feeling about this!"

Tame Pearlux To Help Skylar and Silvershade

Thanks to the influx of Pearlux, all other wild Minimal species have scattered! Pearlux are now the only Minimal available for taming at Silvershade's Ranch via Herding.

It's up to the Adventurers to restore balance to the environment -- and help Skylar with their research while you're at it!
