Fishing Bait Shipment Arrives

Captain Finn had been tirelessly ensuring that adventurers stayed well-equipped for the ongoing shore cleanup project. As he was tidying up after another long day at his shop, Cast & Catch, Gus Lightfoot entered. "Ay Captain Finn, I finally got that order of bait for ya," Gus announced. Captain Finn looked up, surprised. "Oh, Gus! How's it going? I completely forgot about this order, with the current trash issue we've been tackling," he replied. Gus smiled, "No worries mate, you and the adventurers have been doing a swell job! I've hardly seen any trash around anymore."

Captain Finn, returning the smile, said, "I know just what to do with these baits. The adventurers will finally start to see the beautiful fish I've been telling them about." "Glad to have been able to help ya out, Captain Finn. Keep up the great work--the entire world is coming together to clean it up, largely thanks to you and the adventurers," Gus replied, then added as he departed, "It's getting late. See ya around, Capt."

Left alone, Captain Finn pondered the situation. With the trash diminishing, he hoped the fresh bait might be the solution to attract a bountiful harvest from the waters. Perhaps the enticing scent of the bait would bring even more fish back to the pristine waters that once lived here?

Captain Finn has began selling Fishing Bait at Cast & Catch, every adventurer can now use the bait after fishing, to decrease the time until more fish have appeared. There are 5 unique types of bait that reduce the time based on their type.

As a thank you to every adventurer Captain Finn has sent one Elite Fishing Bait to all adventurers to help bring back these beautiful fish that once inhabited these waters.

We have also added a Brief Tutorial on each of the fishing pages, the first time you visit showing the functionality and how to fish, there is also a button at the top of the page to watch it again.
