Paypal is back online and sC is now purchaseable again. Thank you for your understanding.
We've been made aware that the Paypal API that handles sC purchases is currently having issues. This is out of our control but we are monitoring it closely. During this time you'll be unable to make sC purchases. Sorry for the inconvenience and we'll be sure to patch note ping once this is back available. Thank you!

Hey everyone! We wanted to take a moment to explain the “Do Not Sell My Personal Information” button that some users may have noticed appearing at the bottom of our site recently.
This button was added automatically as part of our ad partner’s compliance with new privacy laws in certain U.S. states (such as the California Privacy Rights Act and similar legislation in Virginia, Colorado, and others). These laws require us to provide an opt-out option for any sharing of personal data that could be considered a “sale” under their definitions—even if that sharing is limited to cookie data for analytics or ad services.
What this means:
• Santae does not sell your personal information in the traditional sense (e.g., name, email, etc.).
• However, we do use tools like analytics and ad platforms, which may involve data sharing that falls under legal definitions of “sale” or “share.”
• This opt-out tool is designed to give affected users more control over how their data is used.
We’re aware that some users have reported the opt-out setting not saving correctly. We’re actively looking into this and will update you as soon as it’s resolved.

We changed some of the structure of our core HTML, which inadvertently caused the re-arranging of pets on the "My Pets" page to not work correctly. This has now been fixed and re-organising pets on the "My Pets" page should now work as expected. Thank you for your patience.

An issue has been reported with trades that use the "auto accept" functionality when set to "most pets", "highest sp", "most items", "highest item value" options. These categories have been removed for the time being. If you have an existing trade using this options, there is a chance that the exchange of goods does not go through and the trade auto-cancels when the trade concludes. To guarantee that your trade goes through successful, please cancel your trade and re-make it with either the "return to me" or "choose random offer" options selected. We'll patch note ping when these options have been fixed. Thanks for raising this issue with us.

Trades Pet Profiles will no longer load the pet CSS when previewing a pets profile
Trades Back Up - The "My Trades" page is back available. Anyone missing a pet will have it returned to them soon.
Trades Issue - Thanks to your vigilant testing, we have discovered that there is an issue with pets not being returned correctly to your account specifically when "cancelling" a trade.. We've taken the "My Trades" page down for the time being while we apply a fix. Any missing pets will be returned to your account soon! The other areas of the trades feature are fine to continue using.
The Wavetail Avatar has now been fixed and will be awarded as originally intended. We sincerely apologize for the delay and thank you all for your patience!
The Pisces Zodiac Plushie has officially been rotated out of the Plushie Machine as its season comes to a close. Taking its place is the fiery arrival of the Aries Zodiac Plushie!
We recently deployed a code update which inadvertently broke Quickstock. That feature has now been fixed and is back operational again. Thank you for your reports!

Glitched Pet Name Papers has had its description updated to: DO NOT SEND THIS ITEM TO STAFF! If you are lucky enough to obtain this item, raise a support ticket (under "Main" on the main menu) and let us know the PET ID you would like renamed to a glitched name. You can review glitched names other users have created by clicking "Glitched Pet Names" on the website footer! This item will be automatically removed from your inventory when the pet is renamed!
Update to ItemID #3052 – Twilight Crystals Due to the effects of overfishing and resource depletion, Twilight Crystals have become significantly rarer in Abyssal Lake. The supply has vastly diminished, and adventurers will no longer receive a majority of Twilight Crystals from this location.
Item ID #5239 which was recently replaced from "Mindy" to "Rowan" (At the request of the artist who created Mindy) has been mass removed from everyones wardrobe and pushed back into your inventory, allowing you to decide if you want the updated version of that item to go into your wardrobe or traded with someone else.

We're transitioning Support Tickets to be onsite. They will work for users whether logged in or visiting as a guest. The new system is now accessible via "Main" -> "Support" on the site navigation bar. Once we see that it is working correctly, we'll be turning off the support system that is currently hosted in discord. Please use the onsite version for any further support requests.
The heartsong berries are no longer widespread but will continue to drop (petals) from the berry trees when chosen. The Daily Event Quest feature has been disabled. The Event dropdown has been removed and Eternal Heartsong and Roseweaver Grotto are now on the Landmarks page.

The Admirer and Radiance Giftboxes have been removed from user shops and destocked. These items were originally designed as a way to surprise a friend or welcome a new member, not as a gacha-style in-game item. While they required SP, the element of chance still introduced a form of gambling, which is not in the best interest of our community. To align with their intended purpose, we have modified their functionality, and they can no longer be sold in user shops. Thank you to everyone for your patience while we deliberated on this specific situation.

Modifying other people’s images with AI under ANY circumstances, including Discord’s “enhancement” features or other AI tools, is strictly prohibited.
